Royals outfielder Jarrod Dyson’s spectacular over-the-shoulder catch that started a double play Thursday against the Tampa Bay Rays is being featured on ESPN’s Sports Science segment.

You’ll see how Dyson used an occular movement called “Smooth Pursuit” and how close he came to missing the ball.
