During Tuesday’s American League Championship Series game at Kauffman Stadium, there is one person who won’t be causing a stir: Jessica McCoy.

McCoy earned the moniker Fountain Lady during a Royals’ game on Aug. 3, 2013 when she went into a fountain at Kauffman Stadium and was cited for trespassing, resisting arrest and solicitation.

The Des Moines Register caught up with McCoy this past August and she admitted to making a mistake. McCoy, 26, finished a police program that led to charges being expunged, according to court records, the Register reported.

Despite the notoriety she gained, McCoy said she was still a Royals fan and would attend a playoff game if the team made it to the postseason.

According to a news release (no, Fountain Lady doesn’t have a publicist) from Chris Lewellen, who co-owns The Well Bar Grill Rooftop and Lew’s Bar & Grill in Waldo, McCoy will be at both of those establishments on Monday night.

On Tuesday, McCoy will attend at game four of the American League Championship Series between the Royals and Orioles, according to the release.
