K-State grad Robert Streb makes five birdies on back nine of PGA event — with a wedge
Robert Streb didn’t win the Greenbrier Classic, although he made it to a playoff Sunday before falling.
In a way, Streb had the best round on Sunday. That’s because he played the last half of his round using a wedge as a putter after his putter broke.
And he shot a 65.
Streb, who lives in Shawnee and went to Kansas State, was the star of Sunday’s final found, even though Danny Lee won.
Take a look at what he did — making five birdies with a wedge.
