The New York Jets on Friday announced they will be wearing alternate black helmets with black jerseys for select games in the upcoming season.

They’ll wear all-black for three games, Pro Football Talk reported.

Later on Friday, the Cincinnati Bengals shared a look at the white helmets they will wear for some games.

Those announcements came one day after the Carolina Panthers announced they also will wear black helmets in some games, and the Cowboys said they’ll wear throwback white helmets for their Thanksgiving day game.

Earlier this week, the Giants revealed they will wear throwback helmets for their two legacy games.

While other NFL teams revealing alternate helmets, the Chiefs have made no such plans. They last wore throwbacks in a 2009 game against the Dallas Cowboys at Arrowhead Stadium. That day, the Chiefs wore their Dallas Texans helmets and uniforms.
