Does Christian Braun have a punchable face? Does Ochai Agbaji shoot free throws like Shaquille O’Neal? And how about those cheekbones on David McCormack?
These are all subjects that came up on Twitter, and those KU players read those messages as part of the KU men’s basketball team’s “Mean Tweets” video.
“Mean Tweets” is a segment on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” in which celebrities read disparaging comments posted on social media about them and they have a chance to respond.
The questions above are just some of the things people said about the Jayhawks or the KU team in general. Being the NCAA national champions makes it a lot easier to take the snide remarks from sports fans around the nation.
