The Chiefs led for most of Sunday’s game against the Bengals but Cincinnati came away with a 34-31 win after outscoring Kansas City 17-3 in the second half.

From the Chiefs’ perspective, there were a number of potential reasons for the defeat. Bengals receiver Ja’Marr Chase had 266 receiving yards and three touchdowns. The Chiefs also lost a touchdown when a penalty negated Byron Pringle’s kickoff return for a touchdown.

There were a number of calls by the officials that went against the Chiefs. Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow told CBS Sports after the game: “We got a little lucky ... got some calls today.”

The Bengals scored their final touchdown after converting on a third-and-27 play when the Chiefs blitzed. Did that blitz cost them? How about Tyreek Hill’s drop on a bomb shortly before halftime?

Which was most costly? Vote in our poll and/or leave a comment.
