No one has ever thrown more touchdown passes at Arrowhead Stadium than Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

In the first quarter of Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers at Arrowhead Stadium, Mahomes found receiver Byron Pringle for a 5-yard touchdown pass.

That helped the Chiefs take a 14-0 lead and Mahomes tied a team record.

It was the 62nd time Mahomes had thrown a touchdown pass at Arrowhead Stadium, tying Trent Green for the most in Chiefs history, CBS Sports said during the broadcast.

Mahomes did it in 30 games, while Green played 46 career games at Arrowhead. Bill Kenney (52 TDs in 49 games) had the third most, while Alex Smith (48 TDs in 39 games) is fourth on the list, CBS said.

This was Mahomes’ record-tying touchdown throw:

In the second quarter, Mahomes threw an 8-yard touchdown pass to Mecole Hardman and that set the Chiefs record.
