Odell Beckham Jr., now a former Cleveland Browns wide receiver, was unclaimed on waivers Tuesday and became a free agent.

Given his choice of teams to contact, Beckham reportedly has three on his radar: the Chiefs, Packers and Saints.

That’s according to ESPN’s Dianna Russini.

Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network reported Beckham would be open to a one-year contract, in addition to a multi-year deal.

According to the NFLPA’s figures, the Chiefs have a little more than $2 million in cap room.

So perhaps a deal would be possible for Beckham, who has had five seasons with 1,000 or more receiving yards in his eight-year career with the Browns and Giants.

Beckham, who turned 29 last week, has been selected for three Pro Bowls. But he was unhappy in Cleveland and the Browns released him.

Would Chiefs fans want to add OBJ to the team’s roster? We asked that question last week when Beckham was on the waiver wire and 50.7% of Chiefs fans said no, while 44.6% were in favor of adding him. The poll, which is unscientific, showed 4.7% were undecided.

The poll is still active, so you can vote now knowing he is interested in joining the Chiefs.
