NFL’s map of polling places has Arrowhead Stadium about 400 miles from actual location
The NFL announced Tuesday that SoFi Stadium will join Arrowhead Stadium as a polling place this fall.
SoFi is home to the Chargers and Rams, and there are now 14 NFL teams that will allow citizens to vote in this November’s election at their stadiums.
To celebrate the news, the NFL shared a tweet that it later deleted, but here’s the screenshot:
You see the problem with that map, right? Yep, that would put Arrowhead Stadium somewhere in western Kansas, near the Colorado border. Also, Lambeau Field appears to be in Minnesota, which would turn the stomach of every Packers fan.
Jokes were made as fans were mostly amused, but some seemed to be offended:
