For Pete's Sake

The Royals are giving away two seats from Kauffman Stadium to a fan

There won’t be fans in the seats at Kauffman Stadium anytime soon because of the pandemic, but there could be fans in seats from The K this season.

The Royals, in conjunction with Miller Lite, will be giving away two “authentic seats from Kauffman Stadium” as part of a contest.

Royals fans who are 21 or older should write (in 150 words or fewer) why they should get the seats and email that to BestSeat@millerlite.com along with a photo of themselves.

The contest ends on Monday at 10:59 p.m.

“Royals fans may not be able to enjoy a game at The K just yet, but thanks to this partnership with Miller Lite, a lucky fan will be able to have the best seats in their own house while watching games this season,” Royals Vice President of Marketing & Business Development Mike Bucek said in a news release.

The contest is only open to people in certain zip codes in the states of Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Delaware, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

You can see those zip codes here.
