Former Rams star Kevin Greene trash-talked Chiefs’ Damien Williams on ‘Family Feud’
Things didn’t go as Chiefs running back Damien Williams and his teammates on Sunday’s episode of “Celebrity Family Feud” would have hoped.
Williams and the “Team NFLPA Rising Stars” lost to “Team NFLPA Hall of Famers,” but Williams acquitted himself well.
Going head-to-head with former Rams/Steelers/Panthers linebacker Kevin Greene, Williams won the right to play for his side by picking an elephant when asked to name an animal that would probably kill you if it sat on you.
Before that, Williams admired Greene’s Hall of Fame ring. Greene said: “Put some stats on the board, then maybe.”
When host Steve Harvey noted the trash talk, Greene added: “I’m just calling it like I see it.”
Harvey thought Greene had a Super Bowl ring and Williams said: “I got one.”
That led to a fun exchange between Harvey and Williams before Greene told them it was a Hall of Fame ring (Greene, however, was never part of a Super Bowl-winning team).
Here is a clip of the show and this is the most screen time Williams received:
One highlight from the show is certain to have a long shelf life on YouTube. It came from Bills star Bruce Smith:
