More notable Royals and Chiefs games are set to be aired through the end of May
It’s been a good month for watching Kansas City’s professional sports teams in playoff games.
Naturally, the COVID-19 pandemic has put sports on hold, but Royals and Chiefs title games have been shown again to help fill the void.
Fox Sports Kansas City on Thursday night wrapped up three weeks worth of Royals playoff games from the 2015 postseason. It culminated with the Royals beating the Mets 7-2 in 12 innings in Game 5 of the World Series and winning the championship.
That led to a fun parade and rally, and Fox Sports KC will air that on Friday night. The network will then follow with “Milestones Week” beginning on Monday.
Here is the schedule:
Friday, May 22 (7 p.m.): Royals 2015 World Series parade
Monday, May 25 (7 p.m.): Mike Moustakas’ nine-RBI game from Sept. 12, 2015
Tuesday, May 26 (7 p.m.): Danny Duffy strikes out 16 Rays from Aug. 1, 2016
