Chiefs’ Tyreek Hill shares video showing his amazing ‘Nordic hamstring curls’ workout
Although he is 5 feet 10 inches tall, Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill has shown an ability to outjump opposing defenders who are bigger.
If you want an example, look no further than this touchdown catch during the Chiefs’ regular-season win over the Houston Texans at Arrowhead Stadium last October:
Hill has incredible leg strength, and although the Chiefs won Super Bowl LIV, he’s still working hard in the offseason.
On his Instagram account, Hill shared a video of his “Nordic hamstring curls,” and it’s an amazing thing to watch.
Hill lays in a nearly prone position with a trainer holding his calves. Hill then raises his torso and head by putting an incredible amount of strain on his hamstrings.
As one commentator noted: “Don’t try this at home.”
Nearly all of the comments to this post were positive, but Chiefs wide receiver Gehrig Dieter jokingly wrote: “Not impressed.”
