Royals Radio Network to re-air classic games, starting with ’15 World Series clincher
Many Royals fans enjoy having a game on the radio or streaming on the At-Bat app during the season.
With the season on hold because of the COVID-19 pandemic that’s not possible, of course.
But the Royals Radio Network plans to rebroadcast a number of classic games during the month of April, starting with the clinching fifth game of the 2015 World Series.
The Royals said games will be on the air Tuesdays (7 p.m.), Thursdays (7 p.m.), Saturdays (6 p.m.) and Sundays (noon), and broadcaster Steve Stewart will include an introduction.
Thursday at 7 p.m.: 2015 World Series Game 5 (Royals at Mets, Nov. 1, 2015)
Saturday at 6 p.m.: 2015 ALDS Game 4 (Royals at Astros, Oct. 12, 2015)
Sunday at noon: 2015 ALDS Game 4 (Astros at Royals, Oct. 14, 2015)
April 7 at 7 p.m.: Baltimore at Royals (July 30, 2010 — Alex Gordon walk-off HR)
April 9 at 7 p.m.: Minnesota at Royals (April 29, 2011 — Gordon with double, triple)
April 11 at 6 p.m.: 2015 ALCS Game 1 (Blue Jays at Royals, Oct. 16, 2015)
April 12 at noon: 2015 ALCS Game 4 (Royals at Blue Jays, Oct. 20, 2015)
April 14 at 7 p.m.: Texas at Royals (May 27, 2011 — Royals score 5 runs in 14th inning)
April 16 at 7 p.m.: A’s at Royals (June 14, 2011 — Danny Duffy’s first career victory)

April 21 at 7 p.m.: Orioles at Royals (Aug. 3, 2011 — Greg Holland’s first career save)

April 25 at 6 p.m.: 2015 World Series Game 2 (Mets at Royals, Oct. 28, 2015)
