Chiefs fan ‘tackled’ by parking meter while chasing Patrick Mahomes pass at parade
Here is a sentence you wouldn’t expect the Super Bowl MVP to tweet: “Yo is the dude who hit the parking meter okay?”
But it was a question to ask because a Chiefs fan had an unfortunate run-in with a parking meter during Wednesday’s Super Bowl parade.
Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was tossing passes with fans along the route when one ball hit a truck and there was a momentary scramble among fans to get to the ball first.
One fan thought he had a chance to get to the ball but he turned and hit a parking meter.

Take note of the helpful fan in the back of the truck who pointed at the fan as he was splayed out on the sidewalk.
