Chiefs fans on Twitter are emotional, excited as they prepare for Super Bowl LIV
How you feeling this morning, Chiefs fans?
Chiefs running back Damien Williams said Wednesday that he knows he’ll be pumped up once Super Bowl LIV starts.
“I’m nervous before every game and I feel like it’s OK to be nervous,” Williams said. “You’re letting your emotions show. I’m a very emotional type of person, and I love it, to know let my emotions so when I’m out on the field.”
His plan to combat that feeling before facing the San Francisco 49ers?
“I listen to slow music before (the game). So I try to put the earbuds in, kind of play something slow right before we go on the field,” Williams said. “Because when I’m on the field, it’s let out. I’m all over the place, it’s (Williams then let out a short lion’s roar)
“But I listen to slow music to kind of calm myself down and and keep those emotions and energy just kind of chill.”
