Chiefs’ Patrick Mahomes stuns Titans with dazzling 27-yard touchdown run

Well, the Tennessee Titans knew all about Patrick Mahomes’ extraordinary passing ability, but Mahomes also showed off his running ability on Sunday.

Mahomes tip-toed the sideline and broke at least three tackles en route to a 27-yard touchdown run that gave the Chiefs a 21-17 halftime lead over the Tennessee Titans in the AFC Championship Game at Arrowhead Stadium.

It capped a nine-play, 86-yard drive for the Chiefs and gave them their first lead of the game.

Arrowhead Stadium went wild after Mahomes scored.

Next Gen Stats said Mahomes ran 64 yards on the touchdown, the longest distance covered by a quarterback on a scoring run this season:
