‘It’s like Christmas morning.’ Chiefs fans react to win over New England Patriots

And ... breath. Whew.

The Chiefs nearly coughed up a 16-point lead against the New England Patriots, but pulled out a 23-16 win at Gillette Stadium.

That snapped the Patriots’ 21-game home winning streak and the Chiefs moved one game behind the Patriots in the AFC playoff race.

Oh, and the Chiefs clinched the AFC West title thanks to the win and the Raiders’ 42-21 loss to the Titans.

So it was a big, big win for the Chiefs.
