Animated Patrick Mahomes tried to fire up Chiefs teammates on the sideline
Hopefully, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was mic’d-up during Sunday’s game against the Patriots at Gillette Stadium.
After tight end Travis Kelce lost a fumble on the final play of the third quarter, Mahomes was seen on the sidelines trying to fire up his teammates.
The turnover came with the Chiefs leading 23-13 and driving into New England territory.
The Patriots were threatening to take momentum in the game, and Mahomes wanted to light a fire under the offense.
