For Pete's Sake

All but one state in the country will get Chiefs-Raiders broadcast

When the Chiefs’ game Sunday against the Raiders was flexed to a late afternoon kickoff at Arrowhead Stadium, it seemed destined to be the marquee game on CBS.

That is indeed the case as the game, which kicks off at 3:25 p.m., will be called by the top broadcast team on CBS: Jim Nantz and Tony Romo with Tracy Wolfson working as the sideline reporter. Locally, the game will be shown on KCTV-5.

It’s one of two games that will be shown on CBS in the late afternoon slot. The other is also a meeting between AFC West teams: Chargers at Broncos.

Most of the nation, however, will see the Chiefs-Raiders game, according to 506Sports.com. Everyone in the Eastern and Central time zones will be shown the Chiefs game, which will be aired in all or part of every state except Colorado.
