NBC’s Rodney Harrison would like Chiefs fans to stop bothering him on Twitter
Rodney Harrison played the first nine seasons of his career with the Chargers, so Chiefs fans found his comments last week on NBC a little hard to swallow.
Speaking on Nov. 4 on “Football Night In America,” Harrison said: “The Los Angeles Chargers, I really believe that they are better than Kansas City.”
Chiefs fans apparently, um, reached out to Harrison and noted that the Chiefs lead the AFC West by a game over the Chargers and that includes a win in Los Angeles.
On Sunday night, Harrison again mentioned the Chargers and Chiefs on NBC.
Well, he talked about how Chiefs fans had been giving him grief: “Chiefs fans, leave me alone on Twitter.”
My guess is that Chiefs fans won’t honor that request.
