Is this the beginning of Cheetah TV?

Chiefs speedster wide receiver Tyreek Hill turned the CBS cameraman momentarily during the Chiefs’ 26-14 win over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.

After hauling in a 13-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter that allowed quarterback Patrick Mahomes to break the club record for scoring passes in a season, with 31, Hill ran to the end zone stands and jumped over the wall at Arrowhead Stadium.

No big deal, right? Hill did that after scoring the game’s first touchdown.

But this time, he doubled down on the charisma by stepping behind the camera and pretending to be a cameraman.

“Y’all saw me up there, man?” Hill said. “I got some good camera skills. I did my thing. I’m just showing love to my teammates. I feel like my teammates deserve it all.”

With the camera rolling, an official tossed a flag — unsportsmanlike conduct — making Hill perhaps the first person in NFL history to capture video of his own penalty flag. It was certainly one of the biggest props a player has ever used to celebrate a TD.

But Hill is not the first wide receiver to commandeer a camera. The Bengals’ Chad Johnson once celebrated a touchdown the same way. However, Johnson didn’t climb into the stands.

This is what Hill saw from behind the camera:

Chiefs coach Andy Reid, who said he enjoys seeing players express their personality, thought Hill crossed the line with this celebration.

“He stepped over the wall — that was too much,” Reid said. We’ll see later this week if the NFL agrees and imposes a fine.

Hill’s huge day started on the first snap. Mahomes found him along the sideline for a 38-yard gain. One play later, Hill broke free across the middle for a touchdown and his first leap into the stands.

Hill finished the game with seven receptions for 117 yards. He topped 100 yards for the third time this season and seventh time in his career.

Hill added a 20-yard run and would have had an 82-yard punt return for a score had Demetrius Harris not been flagged for an illegal block — an illegal block that Hill didn’t even need to break free.

Hill’s two touchdowns give him 10 for the season, including one by punt return. He had eight each of the past two seasons.

And how about this from Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald, who passed Terrell Owens to become second on the NFL’s career receiving yards list on Sunday: “I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a player like Tyreek Hill, as explosive and dynamic as that guy his. He can hurt you in so many phases of the game. It was fun to see in person.”

But the lasting image from this game could be Hill’s turn behind the camera.

“The celebration just came into my head,” Hill said, “and I just did it.”
