Two completions show how effortless it can be for Chiefs’ Patrick Mahomes to throw
Patrick Mahomes’ numbers on Sunday: 22-of-38 passing for 313 yards and two interceptions.
It wasn’t his best game of the season, of course, but the Chiefs beat the Jacksonville Jaguars 30-14 at Arrowhead Stadium.
But Mahomes showed how effortless it can be for him to throw the ball.
Two plays in particular stood out.
There was this 30-yard pass to tight end Travis Kelce that didn’t appear to require much effort.
Then there was this 36-yard pass to Tyreek Hill in the third quarter. Again, it didn’t seem Mahomes had to put much on the throw as Hill sped past Jalen Ramsey.
