Wyoming quarterback Josh Allen turned heads when a video surfaced of him throwing a football 50 yards while he was kneeling.

Even before that video went viral, Allen was being touted as having the strongest arm of any quarterback that would be available in the NFL Draft.

Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has seen some of the videos of Allen's ridiculous arm. And while on the "Stick To Football" podcast earlier this month, Mahomes was asked who could throw a ball farther.

"I've seen these things with Josh, but I'm going to say I believe I have the stronger arm," Mahomes said. "I've never seen anyone throw harder than me with the football. Until I see it in person, I believe I have the stronger arm."

There is a video that shows Allen throwing a ball 77 yards, but Mahomes said he's topped that. In fact, if the Chiefs are in need of a "Hail Mary" at the end of a game, they won't need to get the ball to midfield.

Not with Mahomes under center.

"The furthest I have even thrown the ball was 85 yards," Mahomes said. "But I had a little wind at my back, so I don't claim that one. At my Pro Day, I threw it like 80 if it was windy, but I didn't throw it as good as I could have. It was wobbling."

Eighty-five yards sounds impressive, but, hey, it was windy. Doesn't matter. That is still incredible.
