Nick Foles’ TD catch was just like one made by OU’s Baker Mayfield in Rose Bowl
How about that call?
The Eagles led 15-12 with under a minute to play in the first half of Super Bowl LII, but they faced a fourth-and-goal situation from the Patriots’ 1-yard line.
Rather than kick the field goal, the Eagles went for it and that gamble paid off as quarterback Nick Foles hauled in a pass from tight end Trey Burton on a trick play.
That helped Philadelphia take a 22-12 lead into the half.
Here is the touchdown:

If that looked familiar, it should. Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield caught a touchdown pass on a very similar play during the Rose Bowl last month.
