Eric Hosmer and his dad team up for fun video to promote ‘Steaks With Hos’ contest

Last year, Royals first baseman Eric Hosmer grilled steaks with a fan at her home in Overland Park. Lori Skelley-Follis had won the “Steaks With Hos” contest, and a good time was had by all.

The contest is back this year, and it will be expanded. Instead of one grand-prize winner, there will be five. According to the contest rules, those five “will each receive the opportunity for Winner and one guest to attend a steak dinner with the other Grand Prize Winners and their guests grilled by Eric Hosmer and his father, Mike Hosmer, on a date and at a time and location selected and secured by Sponsor at its sole discretion.”

The deadline to enter the contest is June 18.

To promote the contest, Eric and Mike were featured in a funny video that was shot at Kauffman Stadium.
