Thursday is the second-biggest day of the year for “Star Wars” fans.

When “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” hits theaters on Dec. 15, that’ll be the most important day for fans.

But Thursday is “May The Fourth Be With You” day. “Star Wars” enthusiasts of all levels of intensity celebrate the day that is dedicated to the iconic movie franchise.

The Royals, knowing full well of the day’s importance, tweeted that they will be giving away a “Star Wars” specific bobblehead featuring catcher Drew Butera on Sept. 10. While fans haven’t seen the bobblehead, Butera has and he gave it a thumbs-up.

“It’s awesome,” Butera said. “They did a really good job.”

Butera is not a huge “Star Wars” fan (“I’ve seen a few of them,” he said), but he knows enough about the two sides of the Force.

“When they talked to me about it, I didn’t know what I wanted to do if I wanted to go with the Dark Side or not,” Butera said. “But when they mentioned TIE fighter, I was like, ‘Yeah, I’m in with that.’

Although they battle for the Dark Side, a TIE fighter is pretty cool, don’t you think? Fans will need a theme ticket to get the bobblehead, and you can get more information here.
