Woman wins $1,000 with 114-foot shot at Mavericks game

She made it look easy.

During the Missouri Mavericks game on Friday at the Silverstein Eye Centers Arena, a fan named McKenzie Casey was given an opportunity at winning $1,000. The way to take home the prize is to make a shot from the far blue line on the ice.

It’s 64 feet from the blue line to the goal, and it is 50 feet between blue lines, so that shot was from 114 away.

For Casey, it was no problem.
