No way that just happened.

That’s what David Spade’s character said in “Tommy Boy,” when the deer awoke in the back of his car. And it’s what baseball fans throughout baseball when Royals outfielder Jarrod Dyson made a home-run robbing catch on a ball hit by Miami’s Christian Yelich.

Let’s all watch it again, because it was incredible:

Going back to “Tommy Boy,” that catch also could be described by what Chris Farley said: “I swear: I’ve seen a lot of stuff in my life, but that ... was ... awesome!”
