Colin Kaepernick crushes Twitter critic; Erin Andrews, others approve
I’d imagine that there are a lot of pro athletes saying “way to tell him!” to San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick.
On Wednesday, Kaepernick tweeted his workout for the day, which sort of looks like a ledger of my lifetime activities.
1000 abs.... arm workout..... 10 min straight on the jump rope.... 2 hour study session in February..... that's what we call a recovery day!
— Colin Kaepernick (@Kaepernick7) February 18, 2015 Because Twitter is all about giving people a pat on the back (tongue firmly in cheek), there was this response:
@Kaepernick7 @49ers ab workout won't help find open receiver #study
— stephen batten (@battman_returns) February 18, 2015 Bad idea, dude.
Kaepernick unleashed his full fury:
@battman_returns are you illiterate or just ignorant? Read the tweet again better yet give me your breakdown of every defensive coverage
— Colin Kaepernick (@Kaepernick7) February 18, 2015 @battman_returns I want every players responsibility on every coverage if you can't do it mind your damn business clown!
— Colin Kaepernick (@Kaepernick7) February 18, 2015 @battman_returns you got 8 followers bruh your own family don't even want to know what you doin! Get better at life!
— Colin Kaepernick (@Kaepernick7) February 18, 2015 I don’t know if this fellow had eight followers when he started, but he was up to 1,250 by Wednesday night.
Kaepernick was showered with appreciation/
@Kaepernick7 good for u
— Erin Andrews (@ErinAndrews) February 18, 2015 @Kaepernick7 I was a big fan before you fired back at that idiot... Now, I'm a huge fan. #7beatdown
— john powers (@theJohnPowers) February 19, 2015 Awesome to see @Kaepernick7 destroying workouts in the gym and making mincemeat of haters on Twitter. Love it Kap! #mpnation
— MusclePharm® (@MusclePharm) February 19, 2015 Just because your a pro athlete, doesn't mean your lose your freedom of speech. Props to @Kaepernick7 #HeDontGetTired #7BeatDown
