What a decision.
On Sunday night, TV viewers were faced with deciding if they’d watch the 40th anniversary “Saturday Night Live” show or the NBA All-Star Game.
Judging by the Twitter reaction, it was SNL in a landslide.
If the NBA holds an all-star game but no one saw it because of #SNL40, did it actually happen?

If you're watching the NBA All-Star Game instead of the #SNL40 special, I'm not sure we can still be friends.

Here were votes for the NBA:
Having to pick between the NBA All-Star game and #SNL40 is incredibly difficult. Going with the All-Star game live and recording SNL.

Well I turned it on for 2 minutes, and saw Celebrity Jeopardy. I'll call it a night. Lol #SNL40 Time for the best NBA game of the year.

DVR-ing #SNL40 for tomorrow. I officially have a new NBA bae and his name is @StephenCurry30 so it's #AllStar2015 night

And this was the best tweet of them all:
NBA All-Star weekend and the #SNL40 special: both overblown spectacles centering around TV events that should've canceled years ago
