Sporting KC loans homegrown signing Daniel Salloi to Hungarian club
Sporting Kansas City loaned its most recent homegrown signing back to his home country Wednesday, announcing that forward Daniel Salloi will spend the remainder of the year with Vasas SC in Hungary.
Salloi, 19, signed with Sporting KC in January as a homegrown product after he spent time in the club’s academy system. Since then, he has played with the Swope Park Rangers, the Sporting KC USL-affiliate, where he has scored four goals and recorded three assists in 10 games this season.
His loan with Vasas SC will run through the end of this year 2016.
Salloi is a native of Budapest, Hungary. He moved to the United States in August 2014 and joined the Sporting Kansas City Academy.
