Espinoza will be part of the Honduras roster for its two matches against El Salvador. Mustivar is on the Haiti roster for two matches against Panama.

They will travel to join their teams after Sporting Kansas City’s match at 6 p.m. Sunday against Toronto FC. After Sunday, Sporting KC does not play again until April 2.

Espinoza, 29, has made 47 career appearances for Honduras. Mustivar, 26, has played nine matches for Haiti.

Vancouver midfielder suspended for foul on Espinoza

The MLS Disciplinary Committee on Thursday suspended Vancouver midfielder Kianz Froese for one game for a “serious foul play that endangered the safety” of Sporting KC midfielder Roger Espinoza.

The foul occurred in the 74th minute of Sporting KC’s 2-1 win against the Whitecaps on Saturday.
