ABOUT SPORTING KC (11-7-8, 41 points): The trip to Orlando represents a homecoming, of sorts, for two Sporting KC players. Graham Zusi was born and raised in Orlando. And striker Dom Dwyer spent the first half of the 2013 season on loan with Orlando City when it was Sporting KC's USL Pro affiliate. He scored 15 goals in 13 matches there, including four in the club's 7-4 win in the USL Pro championship match.
ABOUT ORLANDO CITY SC (7-13-8, 29 points): Cyle Larin leads all MLS rookies with 11 goals, which is tied for a league record. The club's star, Kaka, returned from a recent stint with the Brazil men's national team with a leg injury and is questionable to play.
BOTTOM LINE: Sporting KC is on a four-match winless streak, but it has dominated Eastern Conference opponents this season to the tune of a 6-1-2 record. Sporting KC is also 7-1-2 in its first meetings with expansion teams.
