Sporting KC to host FC Dallas in Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup
Sporting KC will play host to FC Dallas in the fifth round of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, as revealed by a random draw Thursday morning.
The match date and time will be announced later Thursday. It will be played July 1.
Sporting KC was drawn into the top spot in the central region, which means it would play host to the quarterfinals if it defeats FC Dallas. Houston and Colorado will meet in the other central region match.
