Sporting KC unveils new jerseys that it will sport in season opener

Sporting Kansas City unveiled its new primary jerseys during a media day event Wednesday night inside the Uptown Shoppes. The jerseys feature a Sporting blue window pane pattern with navy shorts.
The club will wear the jerseys in its season opener Sunday against the New York Red Bulls. The match starts at 6 p.m. at Sporting Park.
The jersey reveal was part of a Sporting Evolution event during the third annual MLS jersey week.
