Fullback Trey Millard sprains knee in Chiefs’ loss to Rams; back spasms sideline defensive lineman Rakeem Nunez-Roches
A couple of injury scenes from the Chiefs’ 21-20 loss to the Los Angeles Rams on Saturday:
Defensive lineman Rakeem Nunez-Roches didn’t play because of back spasms. He was seen using a cane as he left the locker room and rode on the back of a cart from the locker room to the team bus.
Fullback Trey Millard suffered a knee sprain in the third quarter, coach Andy Reid said. Millard was taken off the field in a cart.
Millard tore an anterior cruciate ligament in his senior year at Oklahoma.
