Former Chief Donald Stephenson pledges new uniforms for Central High
Offensive tackle and Kansas City native Donald Stephenson may have fled the Chiefs to sign with the Broncos this offseason, but it appears he hasn't forgotten his roots.
On Tuesday, Stephenson announced via Twitter that he pledged to purchase new football uniforms for Central High School.

Stephenson attended Central for most of his high school career until he transferred to Blue Springs before his senior year. He eventually received a scholarship from Oklahoma, where he started 23 games before becoming a third-round pick of the Chiefs in 2012.
Stephenson, 27, appeared in 60 games for the Chiefs (21 starts) before leaving via free agency in March. He is expected to compete for the starting right tackle position with the Broncos.
