Several Chiefs players have gone down with hamstring issues, including wide receivers A.J. Jenkins, Mark Harrison and Junior Hemingway and running back Charcandrick West.

Backup running back Knile Davis revealed how he tries to avoid hamstring pulls.

“I’m just standing in those tubs, trying to eat right and stay hydrated,” Davis said. “I think that’s a big key. It’s hot out here. Just trying to keep the liquids going.”
