Spencer Ware, who has missed practices earlier this week with a rib injury, worked out on Friday, and “did a nice job,” Chiefs coach Andy Reid said.

Ware had picked up 52 yards on eight attempts in last week’s game against the Chargers before leaving the contest. With an increased work load because of injuries at running back, Ware has rushed for 288 yards over the past four games.

Listed as out for Sunday’s at Baltimore are linebacker Justin Houston, safety Husain Abdullah and wide receiver De’Anthony Thomas.

Reid said that reserve quarterback Chase Daniel injured a foot in practice on Thursday. “He got stepped on practice pretty good, but I think he’s going to be all right,” Reid said.

Ravens haven’t named quarterback

Ravens coach John Harbaugh hasn’t named a starting quarterback between Jimmy Clausen and Matt Schaub for Sunday’s game.

“I’m probably not going to name a quarterback today,” Harbaugh said. “That’s probably all I have to say on the matter.”

Asked specifically about Schaub, who replaced injured Joe Flacco but was injured himself and gave way to Clausen last week, Harbaugh said, “He looked good. I won’t way he’s 100 percent, but by Sunday he has a chance to be 100 percent. He’s a tough guy. He worked hard this week.”
