Illustration of Patrick Mahomes for the upcoming game between the Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills.

The Kansas City Chiefs are back on the road for one of their biggest games of the year — but not back on “Sunday Night Football.”

The Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes will face Josh Allen’s Buffalo Bills in Orchard Park, New York, at 3:25 p.m. You can watch it on CBS (KCTV in Kansas City).

Now “one of the AFC’s defining rivalries” in the words of Star beat writer Pete Sweeney, the matchup between KC and Buffalo comes after an up and down season for the Chiefs. The Bills have a better record, 6-2 compared to the Chiefs’ 5-3, but the Chiefs are still 1 1/2 point favorites.

Will the Chiefs keep the edge? What does it bode for the postseason? Is Allen or Mahomes playing at his peak? KC fans on the edge of their season for the game can download a poster ahead of the big game — if they’re logged-in Star subscribers.
