Linda and Bryan Johnson are getting some looks during their visit to New Orleans. The Las Vegas couple is in the Big Easy to lend their support to the Kansas City Chiefs in their appearance in Super Bowl LIX.

Getting noticed in the sea of distractions that swarm around all the tourist hot spots there isn’t easy, but the Johnson’s say people are noticing them. Or to be more precise, people are noticing their shirts.

Their matching blouses are simple button up and collared-style, short sleeve shirts. It’s the printed fabric that they’re made of that’s getting all the comments. They’re made with material that has colorful Chiefs logos on a black background. Not just a few logos. These shirts leave no doubt that the Johnson’s are repping the Chiefs.

The Johnson’s apparel is unique in the way that the shirts stand out among all the red Chiefs jerseys being worn by fans in New Orleans for the big game. But there is something else that make them even more unique in a sea of fan apparel. They’re homemade.

Linda says she made them with fabric she purchased from JOANN Fabrics. She says the pattern caught her eye while searching the fabric retailer’s online site.

Growing up on a farm near White City, Kansas, meant she had to learn how to sew she said.
