Are the KC Chiefs set at running back with emergence of Carson Steele? A podcast

One Chiefs preseason game down, two to go.

In this episode of SportsBeat KC, The Star’s sports podcast, we review the Chiefs’ exhibition loss to the Jaguars in Jacksonville.

And we start with the running back position.

Entering the preseason, Isiah Pacheco and Clyde Edwards-Helaire were clearly the one-two punch. But that picture has become somewhat muddied by Edwards-Helaire’s illness absence for several practices and the emergence of undrafted rookie Carson Steele.

We go on to analyze the Chiefs at several other positions, such as defensive end, cornerback and wide receiver. Their next preseason game, at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium on Saturday against the Detroit Lions, should provide more answers.
