The Chiefs on Wednesday shared a grand vision not only for renovating GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium but a Truman Sports Complex without Kauffman Stadium.

The Royals hope to build a stadium in the East Crossroads and that would allow the Chiefs to have the Truman Sports Complex to themselves.

On April 2, Jackson County voters will decide whether to fund the projects for the Royals and Chiefs with a ballot measure to secure a 40-year 3/8th cent sales tax.

“We’re planning improvements for every fan on every level,” Chiefs chairman/CEO Clark Hunt said at a news conference. “They will address everything from the ease of entry and exit to the comfort of concourses and bathrooms to new premium spaces, enhanced video boards and the premium game tailgate experience. What’s important to note about these changes is that the spirit of Arrowhead will not change. These upgrades will allow us to continue the tradition of providing one of the best gameday experiences in all professional sports and to preserve and enhance a whole new generation of Chiefs fans.”

Here is a look at renderings the Chiefs shared.
