The Chiefs will be missing two players on offense for Sunday’s NFL road game at the Las Vegas Raiders.

Wide receiver Mecole Hardman and running back Jerick McKinnon have been ruled out for the Week 12 game, Chiefs coach Andy Reid said Friday.

Hardman is recovering from a right-thumb sprain, while McKinnon has a strained groin.

It’s possible wide receiver Richie James could see action Sunday, however. He’d come off injured reserve in time for the Chiefs’ Week 11 game against the Philadelphia Eagles but was then declared inactive. James hasn’t played since the Chiefs’ Week 2 victory over Jacksonville.

In four games since the Chiefs acquired him in a trade with the New York Jets, Hardman has eight receptions for 41 yards. He also has a 50 yard punt return.

McKinnon has 30 rushing yards and 155 receiving yards this season. All three of his touchdowns have come on receptions.

For the Raiders, defensive end Maxx Crosby is listed as doubtful with a knee injury.
