Here are the Chiefs’ undrafted free agents from Missouri and Kansas schools

The Chiefs’ tryout roster includes more than a dozen players from Missouri and Kansas programs, including a pair of former Kansas State teammates of first-round draft pick Felix Anudike-Uzomah.

Defensive end Wyatt Hubert, a former Cincinnati Bengals seventh-round pick, is on a Chiefs roster that includes former K-State cornerback Ekow Boye-Doe.

Boye-Doe had attended a Chiefs pro day last month along with Washburn wide receiver James “J.J.” Letcher, who also is part of the tryout group.

Also on the roster for the three-day rookie mini-camp that concludes on Monday:

  • Missouri strong safety Martez Manuel and longer snapper Jake Hoffman
  • Missouri State wide receiver Tyrone Scott, safety Kyriq McDonald and cornerbacks Montrae Braswell and Dillon Thomas
  • Northwest Missouri State linebacker Sam Phillips and defensive tackle Sam Howard
  • Missouri Western safety Kobe Cummings and defensive end Arnold Crayton.
  • Washburn wide receiver Peter Afful
