Vote: What position group would you like Chiefs to shore up before trade deadline?
Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce believes his team will make at least one move in the near future, perhaps before the Nov. 1 NFL trade deadline.
Kelce, who restructured his contract to free up more than $3 million in salary-cap space, said Wednesday on his New Heights podcast that “something’s in the air.”
Free agent wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is on Kelce’s wish list, and one NFL reporter has linked the Chiefs with OBJ. Aaron Wilson, who covers the Texans for KRPC-TV reported the Chiefs are a “strong contender” for Beckham.
But is that the greatest position of need for the Chiefs?
The Chiefs are tied for last with just one interception this season, and their 14 sacks are middle of the pack in the NFL. So perhaps defense could use a boost.
What do you think? Is there a position group the Chiefs should try to shore up before making any other moves?
