Chiefs 2020 tickets go on sale Friday, one day after NFL schedule is to be announced

The Chiefs, coming off a Super Bowl-championship season, announced that single-game and group tickets for 2020 home games will go on sale Friday, one day after the NFL schedules for all teams are due to be announced.

Season ticket-holders will have an online presale at 11 a.m. Friday and the Chiefs will send instructions about how to participate via email.

Jackson County taxpayers also will have a presale opportunity Friday from 8-10 a.m. The sales will occur online only and presale purchasers must use a credit card with a billing zip code within Jackson County to participate.

The ticket office at Arrowhead Stadium won’t be open.

Tickets will go on sale to everyone starting at noon Friday at www.chiefs.com.

If a game is canceled and can’t be rescheduled or is played without fans because of COVID-19 restrictions, primary ticket and parking purchasers will receive a full refund, including fees.

All ticket purchasers are encouraged to buy a parking passes in advance. Parking can be bought with tickets or at www.chiefs.com/parking.

The Chiefs will host a schedule release broadcast on the team’s YouTube, Twitter and Facebook channels Thursday at 6:15 p.m.
