Hitchens was penalized for slapping the ball out of Njoku’s hands late in the third quarter after a third-and-goal stop. Hitchens tackled the Cleveland tight end by wrapping up his feet. After the play, Njoku looked to shake Hitchens loose and kicked him in the helmet.

Upset, Hitchens got up and slapped the ball from his hands. The Chiefs linebacker earned an unsportsmanlike conduct flag for his actions.
