The Chiefs will be without pass rusher Justin Houston against the Browns on Sunday.

Houston, who returned to practice on Thursday on a limited basis, is inactive for the fourth straight game after injuring his hamstring against Jacksonville. With Houston’s absence, rookie Breeland Speaks will get the start and more playing time.

While Houston is sidelined, inside linebacker Anthony Hitchens is expected to play and start. Hitchens sustained a severe bruise to his ribs against Denver and was limited in practice this week. He didn’t practice Wednesday and was limited on Thursday and Friday. Tyreek Hill (groin) is also active after being limited in practice on Thursday. He practiced fully on Wednesday and Friday.

Center Mitch Morse (concussion) is inactive for the third straight game, and LB Frank Zombo (hamstring) is inactive. Former Browns linebacker Nate Orchard is active after being inactive last week.

For the Browns, starting left tackle Desmond Harrison is inactive and Greg Robinson will start in his place.
